Where I've done the work.
From being the fifth U.S. employee to working in organizations with 50,000+ employees, I’ve experienced very different stages of business. My background spans Series A, B, and C startups and public-company environments, often as the first person in a People role.

A little about me.
Building People programs while supporting teams has taught me to listen closely, ask better questions, and make the next step practical.
I’ve worked as an HRBP, led People teams, and owned the function solo. I like understanding how things work—and making them work better for the people involved.
